Centre gives nod to set up Rs 1,500Cr underground neutrino lab in Theni

A recent meeting of the Union cabinet chaired by the Prime Minister gave approval to set up the India-based Neutrino Observatory (INO) in Theni district at an estimated cost of Rs 1,500 crore, an official statement said.
